I don't actually feel like this is winter? Perhaps I'm biased from living in the Northwoods in the U.S., but that looks more like a raincoat, plus it has the short sleeves... The boots would be sufficient, but that jacket doesn't seem winter at all, to me.

Will put off grading this until other opinions have come in.

I agree with SinHaven everything she said (Below post, not above of this post). You need to show us that you can work hard to find a product that is not a duplicate. I wanted to see some accessories that can get along with the theme (kawaii).

There are places where winter (snow, coldness etc etc etc) doesn't excist yes, but that doesn't make your look winter-y. If we should go by what you're saying here, we could basically start submitting summer outfits into a winter theme.

I also understand where you're coming from. It might be acceptable if the colors were less summery like Pjush pointed out, though. I will edit your title for you to remove the tag, but everyone can start grading normally.

I agree with Sin. A little tidying and this should be just fine.

As an overall look, this is fine. You really need to start paying attention to duplicates. This one isn't too bad, because it's fairly different, but you've been basically ignoring duplicates in a lot of your submissions. You should try, as much as possible to use unused products.

The avatar you chose glitches through the coat in most of the poses. I think finding a still avatar that glitches, at the very least, only minimally, would have been a better option.

The gold rings don't match, in terms of metallics OR in terms of style - they're very formal and vintage, while the look is kind of kawaii casual.

Could use some cleaning up.

I think the pants you went with ended up making the boots feel a little out of place. Keep in mind that this is a normal submission, now, and you don't have to keep it feeling Winter-y. I think keeping the original pants (because it was mentioned that the duplicate was different enough for them to stay) and changing the shoes would have been better.

But your accessories feel a lot better, now, and overall I don't think the shoes detract from this too much.

I would have rather seen accessories on the arms tbh; the choker feels like a bit much to be topping off the jacket with that shirt's collar and everything--and is much lighter than the other shades of pink here. But that being my only complaint aside from the shoes like Sin mentioned, this isn't bad. Nice job.
