I like the overall feel of this but little details like accessories can make or break a gym wear look imo. First I think that watch is very dated. A sportier and more recent watch would have been better. The hands seem kind of large too. Baby hairs are tricky. When the hairline is low like that it's best to use a head that has more forehead space so it doesn't make the face look small and malproportioned. I think that if you change the hair and use newer accessories this could be perfect.
