For future submissions in the official group, you'll really want to be careful with duplicates on one-pieces and dresses. If they look too similar, yours could be declined. Fortunately, it's not really a big deal in the Academy, and your outfit differs from the outfit.
My only complaint is that the shoulders are still kind of broad. 90% might have been better, but either way, it's a minor issue. Great work with your first submission. Welcome to Sedulity, happy shopping.

I absouletly LOVE your head+skin combo! Beautiful job. However, I do agree with iMoo about the shoulders being broad and that you'd want to watch out for one piece duplicates. But I like this one a tad more, hehe.
