Erase the tattoos on the face, remove earrings and choker add a gold earring on the nose on the right side.
But I would like to know your opinion to add something more.

That being said, welcome to Sedulity! Make sure your pictures are loaded when you go to upload them for the code. I don't know if they load for anyone else, but they're not loading for me, so I just wanted to make the clarification.
This is a nice start for an outfit, but it needs a bit of work imo. The accessories need to be cleaned up, mostly...the headband, nose ring, hoop earrings, and choker are all crowding the face. All of the silver needs to go because mixing metals is usually a no-no in Sedulity. The hand tattoos and nose ring mostly just feel out of place, but they also should have been gold. I'd find some other rings without the tattoos and just keep the earrings or choker...then drop the rest. The same goes for the face tattoos--they're just kind of random here. Last thing: the avatar light will never be needed.
You'll want to put on some shoes, I think. Because bare feet with a dress and accessories like that doesn't make much sense. And as far as proportions go, this is a bit too exaggerated. Like, I love curvy women, but there's always a point where it's a little too much...at least in Sedulity. The leg width needs to go. If you want bigger hips than the dress mesh offers, just use a hip scaler, so the feet don't become really wide. I'd recommend just a 110% scaler though. And if the leg scaler goes, the foot scaler can go, too. It would also be helpful if you used a shoulder scaler; we normally use 90-95%. As far as hands go, we normally use between 65-70%. 50 is just a little too small.
