I really don't see this as "Emo" at all. Emo is more edgy, while this is very chic looking.
That being said, this is generally a cute look. However, I really don't like the pants. I don't think they're the best quality, and the way that they get so dark at the top and toward the crotch region is really awkward and doesn't contribute to the style or quality. You also should have selected a different avatar. This pose leaves the upper arm going right through the breast, which is easily avoided with a less closed-in pose.

I do like the style oft he pants, so I'd love it if you could replace them for better quality ones
The shoulders look small here because of the avi, so when you switch the avi please try to avoid the slumped down ones

Im guessing you didnt even realize the top and bottom were by the same creator, I've done the same before
