Nice creatitive but there's a few issues that I want to mention.
We required the shoulder and hands to scale it small. Your shoulders and hands looks so huge. Use 90% for shoulders and 65-70% for the hands.
I feel the choker is very random for this look because this look is more likely to relate casual and chic theme, the choker is more likely formal and chic.
You need to avoid the glitches, there's a glitch on the back of arm and hair from the jacket so best choice is change the avatar and short the hairstyle or updo.
Would rather to see a different shoes because it does not match with its look very well. Nude that is similar to the dress color for the shoes would be a best choice in right now.
Be careful when you chose freckles and lashes layerable because the freckle is supposed for the Julia head (your head is scarla in right now) so I recommend you to look for scarla freckles. The lashes is too far from its eyelash so it's better to find scarla lashes as well (Use scarla head with no lashes or remove lashes layerable).
Also you can add some lips that is for the scarla heads because the color lips is random and unfit compare to its look.

You could also try pulling in more of the wine color from the lips, maybe on the nails or shoes
