Welcome to Sedulity! Not a bad first submission, all of the rules were followed really well. In the future, just be aware that using leg scalers is something that the judges usually don't like seeing. Hip scalers are alright if they're needed, but leg scalers can really mess with some of the proportions and make the legs and/or feet look really odd.
But, that aside...I appreciate the thought behind the outfit, but I'm not sure if these are the best quality products. The top and boots lack a lot of lighting/shading. The outfit itself isn't quite right and should be silver with blue rhinestones, but they look more like blue beads placed on a bit of an oddly textured fabric. I mean no offense to anyone by pointing out said flaws, but in Sedulity, I don't think this would pass to the website.
I'm also a little surprised that you didn't follow through with the rest of the Gaga look with blonde hair and heavy makeup. It's not a problem, but the face is remarkably plain compared to the outfit imo. Still, I think you have a lot of promise, so I'd love to see you submitting again!
