I can understand liking tall avis, but in Sedulity, we normally avoid them. They stretch limbs and throw off proportions. It certainly doesn't help that the shoulders, arms, and hands are all too small. We recommend 90-95 shoulders, 100 arms *always*, and 65-75 hands depending on the nail mesh you're using (some shrink hands).
In the future, I would also recommend avoiding dresses and one-pieces that have duplicates. If your submission looks too similar to the original/duplicate, then it might be declined. Sometimes even without a chance to resub, depending on said dress/one-piece.
For now, I think it's imperative that you fix the proportions/avi, though. I'm not sure if I like the pink makeup with the outfit, either...since it's kind of random with all of the black and nothing's pulling it in. I can understand wanting a pop of color, but I'm just not sure about that being it. Could just be me, though!

Proportions are really important, you have to be more aware of them.
I get it, the dress is pretty, but if there is already a outfit made with it, whats the point? Try to show more creativity doing things that haven't been already done.
Agree with Moo about the skin, the pink makeup is kinda random, maybe a darker makeup would make more sense.

I know I talked about the dress, but you didn't have to change it. It was just advice to remember in future cases where you come across duplicates. You only really needed to fix the proportions, change the avatar to something normal sized, and then work with some new makeup or a new head/skin combo. Everything else was fine.

Good job changing the proportion and the avatar. The skin is better.
Sadly, on the process you lost your nails which are a nice complement to the outfit.
The earrings you have chosen are blue, so they are a bit random, since nothing on the outfit has that color.

Sorry, but i feel like you have to work a little bit more on this.
