Tbh I'm not a big fan of the boots with this. They're so...chic. The rest is pretty casual in comparison. Your accessories also need a little work, since you have silver mixed with gold and black. I think your best bet is to stick with either the gold or silver and add some sort of bracelet or hand/wrist accessory. The black collar isn't really melting in with the outfit too well imo, so changing to another kind of neck accessory could be a good change, too. And lastly, 60% is also too small for the hands; 65% minimum!
I do like the top and bottoms, so it's just a matter of perfecting this.
