I like your style...you accessorize pretty well. I like this outfit, but there were just a few mistakes imo. The rings are gold and the rest of the accessories are black and silver. Even if they're only rings, it's important to match them to the rest. The nails would also match the outfit better if they were red, like the lips, or black, like the dress...or even a french mani.
The dress isn't the most amazing quality. I'd pass it, but just be careful what you're submitting in the future, because Sedulity is pretty particular about that sort of thing.
