I would rather blond instead brown eyebrows.
I like you did with the makeup layerable; you keep it basic (I would overdo it, haha).
I am unsure about the shoes but will leave this part to other judges.

I never find the light roots very flattering for tan/dark skin tones. It just clashes. So I would prefer dark roots instead of light eyebrows, personally. She's also really bare of many accessories. Rings are never enough...and neither is that necklace... I think you should add bracelets and maybe earrings.
