There's alot going on in your submission, i will point out some issues that you need to have in mind for future submissions.

- Face light isn't needed, they don't bring anything to the outfit and only add to the cost of it.
- About your proportions, the hands seem a bit small we recommend 65%-70% hands. And you have two hand scalers, you only need one. Also, the jeans you have chosen already are RL, they have curves, so i don't see the point in having a hip scaler.
- You also have two sets of freckles, which none fit the face, so i would remove them both.
- The purple nails are a bit random since you don't have any purple in the outfit. The white skull earrings and choker also seem a bit random.
- The head you have chosen looks a bit childish compared to the more mature outfit.
- Other judges may disagree with me, but i would change the head to fit the rest of the outfit better.

I agree with Chana that face light isn't needed, one hand scaler 65%-70% only needed, hip scaler removed. Freckles are both floating and I would remove them both like llChana said.

Also because head already have eyelashes you don't need to add another eyelashes on it. Head looks a bit childish in my opinion as well but I feel this acceptable when doing this kind of outfit that suits for teenager/young adult. You might want to read more information from Sedulity Rules Thread about finding head/makeups/lashes etc.

Accessorising is too messy in my opinion. Changing nail color, removing choker and belly piercings might help in my opinion. Be careful not to overaccessorize. I like clothing items you have picked and hairstyle looks very good with them. Not bad submission, just needs a little cleaning up.

This is tons, tons better just with the few changes that you had to make. The skin isn't my absolute favorite because it feels a tad dated, but it's not necessarily bad, either.
