I like the clothes you are using, but i'm not sure about the accessories, i know there is a story behind it but i'm not sure it looks cohesive, i would prefer to see a bracelet than the guns or cigar.
I also don't think that the necklace was needed, since the top kinda works as a choker as well.
The hand tattoos seem a bit random in a fancy look like this.
Overall this is a interesting submission and i don't see enough issues to ask for a resub.
