This is pretty nice, but the black necklace and hat feel out of place with the rest. I'm also iffy on the top with the cut of the jeans, and perhaps just the lack of shading detail that it has. The dev did a good job with the wrinkles and corset strings, but it still looks oddly flat? It might be acceptable if the hat and necklace were removed/changed, but I'd like to let other judges decide.
Also, the eyeliner needs to be removed. If you want to use layerable makeup, choose a lashless Cathy head and find makeup from that head's mask mesh (there's a tutorial on that in the rules thread). Lastly, I think a 95% shoulder scaler is in order; the hip to shoulder ratio is off atm so the hips look pretty exaggerated imo.

I don't think a hat fits this at all, but a necklace that's a softer color would work better for this
I'm also not crazy about the quality of the shirt, but if you can fix the issues with scalers and accessories it might be good enough to pass

I think the shirt could be replaced here as well, just because the pants and shoes are fine, so the shirt could be replaced for a better quality one.
Otherwise, I agree with iMoo, good start though.
