I think you did fairly well on the proportions regarding the body, but the head is too small. 110-115% might make it look better in that regard. Of course, you could also go with 105% arm scalers and a smaller leg scaler. We normally don't scale arms or legs unless we feel like it's necessary because these outfits are uploaded on the site for the general public. People who choose to use them are free to add their own scalers. Otherwise, it's just an additional cost and a personal preference of your own. --And I just noticed that your hands are too small for the arms, so you'll need to scale those up as well. But like I said, you could also remove the scalers for your submissions.

Now, I hope you can handle critiquing regarding your own products. Nothing is intended to offend you, but I have to point out that the shoes don't seem to have any texture to them besides on the strings. The shirt is more or less the same. I've done this too, but you made the black texture so dark that it's hard to see any texture...if I turn my screen up and down, then I can see some remnants of wrinkles and texture on the back of the top, but the front looks completely black. The top also glitches with the belt of the bottoms, so it might be a better idea to change it to a mesh that won't glitch.
As far as the accessories go, I like the piercings and necklace. The hat is a nice addition, even though the red doesn't match the other shades used for the shoes and belt. The band-aid is, of course, really random among everything else. I like to think that you were being humorous when you added it because he looks so "bad-ass" until you notice that small detail. But instead, I think you could have tossed in a wrist accessory.

Lastly, just make sure that you title your submissions correctly. Read the rules in case you haven't, too. But this is a bundle, so the title should be: Awaiting Submission [Bundle]
I'm editing the title to fix that for you this time. But anyway, both the shoes and top are the big issues here, but only one can be changed (see resub rules), so I'm not sure how well a resub will turn out. I'll leave it to you and look forward to seeing how this turns out unless other judges feel differently.

I agree with iMoo. I don't think the shirt is needed here? You didn't include it in any of the photos, making people having to try on the outfit to see that there is a shirt. If you want the shirt, I think you should include it in every picture, otherwise it's misleading. On Sedulity, the shirt will be included, where as here, it's not. So I'm not sure if you're wanting the shirt or not.
The band-aid is really random, it's pink but everything else is red and black. Also, I think the hands are too small here, and it might be the avi?

It's against the rules to edit your submission to change pictures or any of the submission code once it has been graded/critiqued. The only thing you can do is add or change the description. I believe this included the top in the pictures when I graded, so just letting you know.

Besides what was pointed out, you really need to go back and make sure you understand and follow the rules, especially resub rules so you can successfully do a resub of your outfit and avoid another failure due to broken rules
