I'm not really sure what direction you're attempting to take this in, but the top and shoes are clashing and neither one really feel like they're working with the pants. I think you could possibly pull the shoes in with a more appropriate top. In the very least, they would be more forgivable.
And again, the head scaler has to go. Her head is too big for her body atm. She's even a little shapeless on the hips, so perhaps a 110 hip scaler would help...even though that particular detail is for you to decide.
After the top is changed, it's really only a matter of following through with accessories. Try to make this look coherent with a nail color that matches the outfit, or even a french nail. Or give her red lips to spice it up a bit. (Layerable makeup can do wonders.)

Nothing goes here. The nose ring and nails seem to be a default accessories for you, but they need to go. I think the shoes and pants could work here if you went with a monochrome type outfit here.
