The hair you have chosen is also glitching with the jacket, especially in the back.
One duplicate isn't a big issue but you need to be aware of duplicates in your future submissions.
The brows you have chosen are too close to the eyes, i don't think they really fit the head you are using, i think you should change them.
The holographic nails are very random since you are not using holo in any other part of the outfit.
The diamond earrings are also random, this is a casual outfit, and those do not ask for diamonds.
This has too much details that need to be fixed before passing.

You need to wait until your final grade and be allowed a resub before posting a new submission.

What you'll need to do is change the hair to something shorter or put up and change the avatar like Chana mentioned--or, alternatively, you could just remove the layerable jacket. The choice is really yours.
That being said, though, I do agree with Chana. I like the model, though.
