This isn't a bad submission in the least, but I kind of feel like you neglected to accessorize properly. At least, not even half of what an outfit like this calls for imo. The hair is also really casual for something like this. I think that you could have put a little more time in glamming it up a bit, if you know what I mean. I'm also not really sure how I feel about the difference in textures between the dress and the skirt; it just doesn't mesh well?
Also, you have to ensure that you're using screenshots with the right products. The shoes in your picture are different than the ones in the products, for example. And if I'm nitpicking, I would suggest some eyebrows that aren't accessories, since KD came out with a mesh that has tons of derives in the 'eyebrows' section of shop, and a change in nails to some that are more recent and have a better texture. The eybrows could also be a little darker to match the roots of the hair imo, but it's another minor issue.
Overall, I'd just like to see something more done with this. A little cleaning up would be great. Other judges can decide if they dislike the dress with the skirt as well... I know that the dress is an older mesh and isn't very flattering around the hips/thighs.

Asides from what iMoo said, this avi makes the torso look really weird and jagged. And yes, please take screenies after you are finished selecting all clothing. I'm also not a fan of the skirt and dress together. There are other layerable skirt out there.
Also, with the accessories, hair, and pose, it almost looks like some kid trying to dress up and still be all cute and dark at the same time, and I don't think that's what you're going for.

I didn't really know how to fix this other than to change it completely lol. Changed the dress, removed the skirt, fancier hair, fixed the eyebrows as accessories etc.

I think I'll just ditch this one. The dress is old and will continue to dent at the waist making it look jagged and the skirt will look like a kid trying to dress up.

If you find a better mesh, a revamp is always possible. You might've made a good call with this one, though.
