I think that if you had used another top, this would be on track. But I have to agree with Frightful as is.
Grading it as a normal submission, I still can't help but feel like the shirt is completely out of place. I think that it needs to be changed. The boots and bottoms don't really compliment each other super well imo either, but I could deal with them depending on what you decide to do in your resub. I would also recommend doing more with the makeup or the hair--up to you, though.
I'm going to ask for a resub because, as is, I can't make much sense of what's going on here. I'd like to see more cohesiveness.
