She is cute. I like the makeup.
But some accessories are missing, maybe a bracelet or a small clutch, would have been a nice complement to the outfit.
Also, the hair is causing glitches in the back.

This is way too simple. Accessories are needed here. Like earrings and a bracelet.
Also, you have a dainty hand scaler, and sometimes that works, sometimes it doesn't. But also, a shoulder scaler is needed here. The shoulders are just a tad bit too big here.
This just seems like it's missing something. Nothing really compliments the dress, which is was accessories can be used for.
This is a great start, but with some more added, it will be ready for the site.

I agree with the ladies above. A shorter hairstyle or an updo might help with that glitch Chana mentioned. And yes, earrings and bracelets would definitely help finish this outfit. I think after some sprucing up, this will be a really nice submission.
