I don't know if I'd consider this goth, the makeup is a bit clean and light for goth

Goth makeup can be pretty outrageous, but it can also be kind of tame. The eyes are a little 'clean' for the theme, but nothing I'd dock for by itself. However, the top is kind of a different story for me, because this outfit is really simple and lacks a lot of in-theme stuff. You normally wouldn't see something as simple as a bra. There would be layers; straps, fishnet, a jacket, whatever works. The accessories are also extremely simple. You could have gone with a more morbid theme than infinity signs and "bad" letters on the wrists. I think that, as a goth submission, this needs revising.
But I do like the way that the lips and hair are colored. I like the model, the bottoms, and the boots.

Edit: As a regular submission, this is probably still passable. I don't really like the top with the rest of the outfit because it's so...small and plain? The accessories still don't seem super cohesive, either. But probably not worth the resub.

So, removing the goth tag, this would still not pass in your opinion? Because for me it sounds like it's not really goth but still nice for what it is. Just a bit confused. Because i dont want an outfit to fail just because it doesn't seem goth enough.

I agree with iMoo. I think this is passable without the goth tag. I don't see this as being goth. The top half is a little to plain. I don't mind it, but it's not really goth. It's more edgy casual. Other than that, this is cute. I just wish there was something else around the eye area. It just looks plain.
But as a non-goth outfit. I really like this. I liked how well you matched the blues here.
