I like what you were going for, but a roleplay outfit like this might not be the best outfit for a ninja. I'd suggest starting by changing the boots to some that aren't PVC; it clashes with the rest of the outfit. Same more or less goes for the gloves. The mask and hat aren't in theme with the clothes, either.
Also, remember to remove actions since they only contribute to cost.

It's rough submission for me to grade...
SaMooRye mask needs to go because you already have other mask and hair to cover your face, you do not need other one. Also it would be better if its silver able to match with the outfit's silver or bronze tone.
The scaler body, I don't think it's necessary but other judges may disagree.
The shoes, it's nice but you always need to match its metal/color tones... Shoes' silver is bright unlike the outfit. It'd be much better if it's bronze so it can smooth into the bodysuit.
I am still not sure about this submission because you already had two resubs... Couldn't have third and I still don't see this submission can go to the website but other judges may disagree.
Most important is you edit your original post to add that title, Submission [Resub] and don't put () between the smiley face at all.

I agree that two masks are a little unnecessary. I can see the appeal of using either one, but I think I would prefer to see the simple face mask instead of the hat. The hat itself is a little out of theme with the rest. Other than that, I kind of agree about the shoes, but the style is still good. The gloves could probably be better if they were long enough to meet the sleeves imo, and they seem to shrink the hand so a larger hand scaler or another mesh would be better. But I don't think these small issues are enough to request a resub, personally.
I'll change the title for you this time, but please remember to do that for yourself in the future.
