I'm always on the fence about this skirt tbh. It's a great idea, but the quality isn't exactly amazing. It might be passable, but we'll see what other judges think.
My only complaint about that is the fact that majority of the accessories are by Whims. Try to vary devs as much as you can. I'm also not really sure if it's something of my own preference, but I'm not big on the fur top. Fur could definitely have a place here, just not so much of it imo. But I see the appeal of using it anyway.
I'm also not sure if this completely passes as formal. It is certainly dressy/flashy, but...again, we'll see what other judges think.

I have mixed feelings about this being formal or not, like what Moo said, it is dressy and flashy but I feel the hair is a bit more "rock and roll"-like or something than formal, especially with these types of bangs. I also agree with the skirt quality being pretty poor but I think it still looks good, it's only when you look up close anyway. I think the fur vest makes it more formal than what it would've been without it. The only other thing I would say is that the necklace isn't super necessary, it kind of clutters up the neck area (I say remove), and the dangling earrings are hard to see due to the hair (I say change).
