The layerable skirt is glitching from other skirt.
I am not sure about the skirt because it's more like nude to olive while the shirt is white and black.
It would be much better if it match with the nude/olive tone to get along with its skirt tone.
I'd rather to give you a resub to fix the colors but other judges may disagree with me.

I tried to actually create a color to match the top(which was the center of this styling), because it was impossible to find a skirt of this type to match it, in order to create a kind of vintage gown. If it gets a resub I'll style the whole thing in a different (and easier xD) way. But yup, I do see what you mean

I love the idea of this, I really think you should stick with your original idea, but just find better matching skirts.

I understand why do you want to wear the skirt, it would be cute but I still think this is nice!
In right now, the top looks a bit blurry but I think it's passable.

I understand the frustration with the outfit. It was up to the judges to be understanding about the skirt dilemma and I feel like a bit of an ass for seeing my past self choose not to be lenient when the outfit deserved it. Because of waiting so long, the shirt doesn't have as much of a wow-factor as it used to, but it's still passable thankfully!
And at least there's a positive: The model looks so much better imo. A less pasty-white skin has done this wonders. The new hairstyle isn't bad, either. The fact that it's also an off-white now feels better, too.
