Standard scalers for Sedulity are 90-95% shoulders, no arm scalers, and 65-70% hands. Other than that this outfit is super cute!

Kellsie, I want to let you know the arm width 100% is default size. We are allowed to use above 65-70 hands scaler if they still looks too small. It can get along for the shoulders as well.
