This look is okay. I think if you didn't have white pants and went with denims, that would have been good.
I think the hair makes your forehead look big. The eye color could have been better, maybe a deep or light brown.
Also, a cap-toe heel would have worked best with this outfit. I would want to see a re-submission.

I do agree with Saje about the pants. Black or grey could works in my opinion as well.
Eyes color is more like a personal opinion, but I think a different style will works along with this head because the head made the eyes into smaller size.
I would like to see a different style of shoes, something like causal but fancy... like business shoes.
Eyebrows should be darker than this, to follow by the roots of the hairstyle.
I would rather a different necklace, something simple not too fancy like this necklace.

I am disappointed that you only changed the pants. It is important to listen every critiques.
I still do have the issues with the eyes, necklace and eyebrows.

Just in case you were confused by my advice, I apologize. Clothing items mean the top, bottoms, and shoes. Accessories and everything but those three products are okay to change. So long as you keep 2 of 3 clothing pieces in a resub, you're totally fine.

The shoes are still a little off, but they're more acceptable now, so that's good. It's interesting that you chose to go for leather bottoms instead of denim since that felt like the obvious choice. This is that much edgier now.
The eyes aren't such a big deal for me; I really don't mind them at all. Though I do agree that the eyebrows are a little light for the roots; they match the rest of the hair pretty perfectly, but ya know-- Just really try to match your brows to your roots in the future.
Lastly, the necklace looks more like an afterthought to me; it doesn't really match anything. Not casual enough for the top, not edgy enough for the bottoms. It didn't match the original either. I think if you had another hairstyle, you could have added earrings; otherwise, it probably wasn't necessary to accessorize at all.
