This is pretty good. I think its creative.

I think this deserves a little more constructive criticism. I like that you wanted to go for more of a pegan...nu goth vibe. But I think that the top, bottoms, and stripes don't feel consistent with each other. So I think you need to pick a route and follow through. And possibly rethink the accessories, since the collar doesn't really line up with the top super well and is mostly a thing that you'd add to something that doesn't reach the neck. The chain around the hat doesn't really seem consistent with anything either, but at least the glitching isn't too bad with the hair.
Honestly, if you found a replacement for the top, I think you could pull this off while keeping the leggings (because I like those on their own). I like the skirt style with the boots, too. It just needs a little more clear direction imo.

At first glance this looks cool ... but up looking in too it seems a bit all over the place.
For instance, i love this top, but it doesn't belong here, and i can see this working better with a different one.
To me,the book is not adding anything special to the outfit. And the collar, depending if you change the top, might not do much either.
There is a bit of glitching with the hat+hair, and the chains of the hat are clearly copy paste, not the greatest quality.
Overall, like Moo said, you need to set a direction for this outfit, to make it a bit more cohesive.
