I really dislike this animated hair in client, I love the style since it's wind-swept but the whole animation would put me off completely from buying it. However, that's my personal preference and I'm not going to let that affect my grade. I adore the outfit its self; It's something I've seen people where to the beach from where I am from. The pattern on the skirt I absolute love-- It strikes me as Aztec. Everything matches really, and my only complaint is, if other judges view this in client, there's a slight glitch with the skirt in different positions where it'll overlay the other side of the skirt, only slightly though!

I agree with Valeer about the hair, although I am fond of animated windswept hair, this one looks more like it's glitching than windsweeping. Apart from this this is an adorable outfit with a lot of motion. I love how well you matched the blacks. Very cute model too
