Not bad. I think you should scale the hands smaller, like 70-75.
I'm not sure how I feel about the hairstyle choice but that's a personal ting.

I think the hands would look smaller if you included the "gloves" (aka nails) from the male shop. We tend to use those because they're the equivalent of adding nails to a female avatar; it slims the fingers/hands and makes them look that much prettier.
That aside, nice model! I like how well you matched the shoes and shirt, too. The blues are a liiittle different, but it's just a minor detail.
