I think a colored lip would have helped improve this overall; her face is really plain and I don't think it compliments a simplistic/black dress and accessories. I'm not really sure about the hairstyle either; it's a little playful for an otherwise professional or dressy look. But I do think that, overall, this is a good revamp and submission.
