That's a unique way to dress up the face. There's a lot of layerable makeup here; I don't think the gloss was needed and it's totally doable to find a skin with a colored lip. One that might even compliment the theme more than the current plain lip. The eye makeup is the opposite; I think that the dark eyes are too much for this, even though the majority of this outfit is black. But someone else might have a completely different opinion.
I think this is missing a bracelet or other wrist accessory, too.

I understand the nude lips here, but bright purple lips here would have been something else!
Agree with Moo about the bracelet or (for some reason) i can imagine some pompoms here, since pride outfits usually are more .... like that
