Welcome back to Sedulity, it's been a while since I've seen you.
Anyway, this is really cute. I really like the model and I think you did a great job matching the skirt and top.
The face light isn't really needed, though, and I don't think the necklace actually was either. At least not something that big and elegant. The quality isn't really stunning and I personally find it to be a little more gaudy than complimentary.
The bottom half of the avatar is also too big thanks to that scaler. I think it's better to get out of the habit of using that. And if it really looks you need a hip scaler, just use one of the combo hip/leg/foot ones. That isn't nearly as exaggerated.

I do agree with iMoo.
Somehow I would rather white or blue that is similar tone to the dress for the accessories because I feel the pink is out of place.
