I think eyebrows would fit to other themes such as urban, chic, or others. Different eyebrows would be right choice in my opinion.
I am not sure about the hairstyle too because I don't think it's screaming boho enough but judges may disagree with me.
I don't think those issues are worthy to be downgrade tho.

I agree with Dreta about the eyebrows and hairstyle, while the model is left to the discretion of the stylist it's advisable if you choose items that compliment the outfit, which in my opinion is not the case here. I also feel that the make-up is a bit too much for such a breezy fit but since the colors match to the clothes it doesn't pose that much of an issue. I do have an issue though with the accessories, yes they match to the colors of the clothes and you managed to match the gold tones too -kudos for that- (however the shoes have silver on them) but I believe you over crowded this submission. Necklace, rings and bracelet just feel too much, I think the result would be more balanced if you ahd discarded one of them. I'm not sure how to feel about the mix of floral and boho items either. However, as a whole it is somewhat visually pleasing, so I don't think a resub grade is needed.
