This submission feels more urban to me. I like the necklace idea; a zipper like that isn't the kind of accessory I'd expect with the dress. But, to be honest, I'm not sure about the hair/hat. Besides being a dated mesh and texture, it doesn't really compliment the rest of the outfit imo. I feel like this outfit is also lacking a little accessory-wise; earrings and/or bracelets or some kind of hand/wrist accessories would have gone a long way. I'm going to lower my grade just in case, but others may disagree with me about what theme this fits into and how acceptable it all is.

I agree that this is an urban look and she needs hand/wrist accessories.
I love how nothing glitches with the avatar and how you matched the top to the shoes. That is a move I would do :p
I would change the eyes, I don't feel they match well with the overall look.

Nice find on the zipper earrings; that's pretty cool. Still like this dress and zipper necklace too, so I'm glad you decided to resub it after all. If anything, the bracelet is a little out of place theme-wise, but this is definitely better.
