I think you should wear gold septum and earrings since there's no spikes accessories so it's easy to use gold to match the crown.
I really like the tongue, it really fits to its character very well.

There's actually a mixture of silver and gold in all the memes of these characters, I tried to get them as close as possible

I've never really seen them with silver. I see Bowsette with blue monstrous pearl-like earrings like Peach wears, and Booette typically has a red version of them. Instead of going with pierced elf ears, I think you should have done smaller, impish ears like Booette usually has, or none at all since it kinda just feels random right here. I do love the substitute that you used for the dress; Prey was prime choice for this. And the tongue is awesome. Otherwise, again, the septum doesn't need to be included here, or the earrings for that matter.
