This is such a great submission and I adore the style of clothing you've gone for, everything looks so well together!
To make this submission immensely better, however, I'd suggest removing your scalers. The body looks unnatural as it is at the moment. There's no need for the leg scaler, it's merely a personal item of yours so it shouldn't be added to submissions. After removing it myself, the legs revert back to looking much more natural- Same goes for the small waist, curvy hips. With that enhancement on, the top half looks abnormally small.
A small watch would have been a good choice in accessory for this.

I agree with Sybela completely. This is a nice start, though! Just a few tweaks and it'd pass with flying colors.
Most importantly, though, is that you follow the rules. You have to take your screenshot in a shadowless, tintless room. This one has a pink tint over it.

I was gonna mention the shadowless thing...but never got around to it since I was looking from my phone. Once you start taking the scales off, the shirt starts glitching around the neckline as well.

Odd, but it could be the avatar creating glitches.

I'm liking the new shirt. We usually try to avoid duplicates as much as possible, but I think this is super different from the original (click the link above the icon to see it). So it shouldn't count against you.
The curvy/small waist scaler is still on, but at least the proportions are less exaggerated. I still find this passable. Just know for future reference that the scaler does shrink the torso/arms and make the legs longer and larger. Instead of those, we normally use/recommend 90-95% shoulder scalers.
I also must have forgotten to mention this detail in my clarification the other day, but Syb did mention adding a small watch or another wrist accessory. It's because we try to accessorize our outfits to make them feel less bare. With how casual this outfit is, it wouldn't need much, though.
Anyway: overall, nice improvements! I have a feeling that you're going to make quick progress here.
