She is so cute and I love how the bracelet matches with everything. Just her eyebrows I think look out of place, looks too adult-like on her face.

This is a really cute idea for an outfit. I think Minnie clothes on kids can be adorable. The shoes and bow just aren't good quality though, they're really flat and dated looking. It's the same with some of the spots on the outfit itself like the ribbon and shirt (although I'm being forgiving about it since this is a child theme).
