While I do like this; a different avatar was definitely needed. While I'm the more lenient judge when it comes to glitches; there's quite a few here. Beneath the arm, the sleeve glitches, the loose sleeve towards the bottom also juts into the outfit itself, it goes for both sides really.
I know how hard it is to match Dares heads with skins that doesn't leave a very, very, noticeable colour shift at the neck. My advice to you here would be to browse Prey's store, who is the alt of Dares, and try and find a skin to match as close as possible.
The dress has accents of gold and you've opted for a silver necklace; keep in mind that we do try to match the metals as much as possible. You could've also opted for a pearl or a diamond, as one of those are used as the centrepiece; I can't tell which one it is, so you could've gotten away with either.

I agree with Syb, though the avi/pose bothers me less because I understand trying to avoid glitches in those sleeves is near impossible without an icky T-pose. Regardless of the tiny issues throughout this, I really do like it. It's elegant and pretty, overall.
