Welcome to Sedulity! I feel like the head is not too mature-look especially when if you are going for the sexy/casual look. You do not need to wear the leg width, so you may remove it off because it is more likely for the personal. I don't know if I would like to see this shirt comes along with this skirt you're wearing because I feel like the shirt is too messy unlikely the skirt. I feel like the shoes is a bit random, it have the fluffy and it have nothing to match with and also it's cream color... Somehow, I would rather to see you to replace the shirt, find something such as ruffle top, but ensure to find something that is able to match the tone to the shoes. If you're going to take my suggestion, then go for cream or wine nails instead!

I really love a good cream and red color combo and it's stunning on this skin tone imo. I don't mind the head and think it's mature enough.
I think it would be great if you changed the top to match the shoes too. Pink and red aren't really my favorite color combo and I don't find the shirt shape to be all that flattering with the skirt if I'm honest. Probably the same reason that Dreta mentioned it.
I also think the earrings could be changed to something diamond, like studs, to match the necklace and bring more of that classy charm. And ofc change the nails to match your outfit like Dreta suggested if you change the top.
But this is a great start
