Well the cup of tea might be more offensive than anything LOL. To some British folks. I'd say try to find a white cup if you're going to include one since the pink looks super random here.
I did hold off on grading this because I wasn't sure if it was really ethnic or not. It feels more...patriotic instead? Because of the use of the flag. I think I'll leave out my grade until I get some second thoughts from other judges.
For the outfit itself, I like the casual vibes. The jewelry is all pretty elegant though. I'd opt for simpler earrings and a simpler necklace or no necklace at all.

I agree with Moo here about the accessories being a bit too elegant. I'd also say to include a hand scaler since the hands here seem pretty big. I don't mind the tea, but the color pink is a bit random. I wouldn't say that this is ethnic though. If it was ethnic, I'd think of an outfit that is more traditional than something casual like this. I'm holding off grading until it's determined from Moo or other judges if this is ethnic or not.
