Hey! So this is super pretty. But unfortunately it breaks a rule. You're supposed to take your pictures in a shadowless/tintless room! Also, please make sure that you don't include any avatar scalers, especially one that large.
Otherwise, I only recommend a 90-95% shoulder scaler for your resub so that she doesn't look so broad.

Still missing scalers; her hands and shoulders are incredibly large and give her a nooby vibe. The headdress is random. Listen to critiques. :* And make sure you fix the title to your resubs in the future so that they aren't ignored/missed by judges and the grader. I'll do it for you this time.

Like Moo mentioned you're still missing scalers and I also agree that the headdress feels very random and it probably would have done better without it. The components itself look quite good such as the top with the skirt and I think they tie into the hair quite well, I would have liked a bit more shine on the shoes though to match the skirt and top although it's minor. Those things mentioned have potential but it doesn't feel very polished when matched with this head in my opinion.
