I love these pieces together! So edgy. I'm not sure if it's specifically chic since that's more classy/refined typically, but this would pass under regular any day. I'll let other judges decide before I add my grade.
Anyway, Chocolat has a unique style though that makes everything look drawn on rather than more "realistic" approaches like Prey. I don't know if that's the right way to describe it--but there's a clear difference between the top and bottoms that is sliiightly distracting, but I don't care because bomb as heck.
I am gonna complain about the proportions though; she needs more shoulder. I'd opt for a 90S100A65H combo scaler.

I agree I love all of these together as well! However, this wouldn't
really fall under Chic as like Moo said above, it's more "class/refined".
There are different categories of Chic:

🌻Casual chic
🌻Ashcan chic (similar to Boho-chic but there is a difference)
🌻Beach chic

And many more! These are just some of the sub-categories.

The difference in quality/design is different and very noticeable. however,
I feel it's tolerable though I wish the top did match the bottoms on
the realistic side more.

Overall, this concept was well thought out and
executed; the distinction between the top and bottom is noticeable
but tolerable as it fits your outfit design. However, this
would be better as a normal resub as it does not fit Chic
or it's sub-categories. This is more themed a night-out club fitting.
