I like this outfit; simple and casual which would fit in the
sub-category: Casual Chic. However, this is more of a normal submission.

I said it would fit in the sub of Casual Chic because it is very much the style
you were going for from your submission, although it is missing the attributes
needed to take a spot in it. Casual Chic is when you mix formal-wear with informal-wear.

For example: A crop top and leather jacket with tailored slacks.
Or, a femine blouse paired with ripped jeans and running shoes.

Your submission fits more of normal Casual due to the pairing of the
top and bottoms, as well as shoes in a whole. Including their not being
earrings, it still adds to the casual side of your attire.

Overall, I like this outfit but unfortunately, it does not
fit Chic or the sub-category—it would have more likely fit in with— Casual Chic.
I will say I feel this could be granted a resub due to a change of the shirt (and pearl earrings) to something
more formal/flashier to still fit in with Chic! ;D

I actually love the top. It looks really good and is chic. But I would have loved to see some side props like a bag/sling/purse. Also a pair of earings would add so much to the look. I do agree with Knixie tough this is more on a casual side, but still cute enough! ^^
