This is an interesting take on Ariel and I give you props because there really isn't that much of high quality products to create her. I'm on the fence to consider this Halloween though only becaue of the tail. I feel if you left the tail out and made either an outfit based on her dress or using the colors it would be more Halloween. I feel adding the tail puts this in the category of Fantasy more.

I like the addition of seashels but with her bra already being a seashell I feel it's overdoing it for the outfit, add to it they don't all match. Sometimes too much of something can ruin an outfit. /// The top isn't the greatest quality but I know finding her specific seashell top is hard in itself, I just wish you put a bit of a spin on her since finding her good quality seashells is hard.

As for the skin + head combo, I like them but not for this outfit. Especially the lipstick; nice but it stands out too much for this type of outfit and doesn't really add to the outfit. It takes away more from it due to the color as it stands out too much. I think finding a head with naturally pink lips (not too pink) would work better and maybe a skin with a little more flesh color to it.

Overall, a great concept but I'm not quite sure how to grade this, personally. I'll wait for another opinion before grading.

Personally I think you could've stayed true to the character a little more in terms of tones and colours; I feel as though this has strayed a little. I would've honestly preferred this submission with legs-- And a lovely bikini sash with some sea elements. As it stands now, I do agree with Knixie on it being fantasy BUT-- This is Imvu Halloween we're talking about-- People like to dress up as anything or one.
