Oh what a fancy outfit! looks like someone is going out for dinner or something similar. ~
I don't mind the hair at all, I think it goes well with the look at makes it easy to avoid glitches. A small critique from me would have been to opt for another necklace where the hardware matches the rest of the gold in the outfit, I'm guessing you choose it because of the fact that the pearls go with the coat color-wise. Speaking of the coat, I feel like it has quite a basic or simple texture. I do like the look otherwise but I will withhold my grade till I see what other judges think.

A-

I don't think this would deserve a B+ for just the coat as it is an accessory and not the outfit (Top and/or bottom). It can always be taken off to just have the gown. The only thing is the coat's quality.
