You look gorgeous I like the details of the hair that matches the dress. That cat handbag is really cute! Overall I love it!

The shirt/dress is pretty basic and not really my taste. I am not sure if a having the legs exposed would be what I would consider someone wearing in Autumn but it does have long sleeves so maybe in warmer climates.

While nylons and leggings are in for Autumn, I see women sacrificing their legs to the cold all the time. Still, I would have gone with a classier shoe or more stylized/taller boots. The shoulders are a little broad despite your scalers too buut Sinderella avatars tend to ignore those.

Overall, it's cute, but it could use more dressing up like Brian stated.
