I would understand where you are coming from, about the color, but I like to think out of the box and use unconventional colors for christmas, its not just all red, green or white. and just to show the view here is my inspired look, maybe this would help.

She's very pretty, but I'm sorry, I don't consider this Christmas Formal at all.

I've seen some stunning Christmas formal outfits using less classic colors, and even one or two being hot pink. I think pulling it off is hard though. And that being said, I don't really get Christmas or formal vibes from this; maybe if it was accessorized differently (earrings aside because those are great imo and don't look outdated) and if the dress was cut differently. I'd suggest looking up inspiration on formal wear alongside wild Christmas colors. I'd also upsize on scalers. 90S100A65H minimum.

All of that said, I'mma remove the tag off this one. What you're trying to do is achievable, so I hope this doesn't put you off too much from continuing to try.

Grading it without the theme in mind, my only gripes would be the scalers and the outdated ring/bracelet.
